Ingredients
- 2 pd. of boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 can of artichoke, drained and quartered
- 1 can of diced tomato
- Juice of lemon
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 tab. capers
- 1 tab. of Corn starch

Preparation
Step 1
Freeze all ingredients except corn starch. Add after 6 hours, add corn starch for 30 minutes.
