Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups cooked rotini pasta
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta and drain.
2. In a large bowl, whisk mayo, vinegar, and salt.
3. Add pasta, tomatoes, peppers, and olives. Fold gently.
Chill several hours and stir gently before serving.
