Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 bananas or 2 large baby food bananas)
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 4 ingredients in small bowl. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, mix sugar and oil. Beat a medium speed for 2 minutes. Add egg. Beat with mixer running at low speed. Add flour mixture alternating with bananas. Add vanilla.
Pour batter into 8 x 4 loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool 15 minutes in pan on wire rack. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
