Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients

  • 6 TBL butter softened
  • 3 Cups + 2 TBL flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • salt
  • 1-1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil or less

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar, Add egg, yolks, vanilla and oil. Add flour mixture and milk alternately. Add blueberries and fold in. Sprinkle with lemon sugar. Bake 20 minutes or til set
