Potatoe - Red Skin Garlic Mashed

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 pounds red potatoes, quartered and skin on
  • 15 cloves of garlic
  • 1 (32) oz container low sodium chicken broth
  • 3/4 cup milk - warmed
  • 1.4 cup butter - melted

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes, garlic and chicken broth in a large saucepan. Add enough water to cover the potatoes. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce the heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, Drain.

Add milk and butter. Mash to desired consistency, salt and pepper to taste.
