Ingredients
- 3 1/2 pounds red potatoes, quartered and skin on
- 15 cloves of garlic
- 1 (32) oz container low sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 cup milk - warmed
- 1.4 cup butter - melted
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes, garlic and chicken broth in a large saucepan. Add enough water to cover the potatoes. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce the heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, Drain.
Add milk and butter. Mash to desired consistency, salt and pepper to taste.
