Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs ground chicken or beef
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (or 3-4 cloves fresh garlic, minced)
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- red pepper flakes, to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chili sauce or hot sauce, water and flour added as needed
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat in pan, add minced garlic, or garlic powder. Cook garlic as needed, then add rest of spices. Add chili sauce or hot sauce and a little water. Simmer approx 15min. If sauce is too thin, slowly add a little flour(1-2 tsp)to thicken.
