LEMON CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 6 chicken cutlets
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 T milk
  • 1 T sugar
  • Bread crumbs
  • Lemon
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 T vinegar
  • 1 t sugar
  • Yellow food color
  • 1 t oil

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk egg, milk, and vinegar. Dip cutlets in milk mixture and then press into bread crumbs. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees ten minutes each side. Meanwhile in small pan mix 1 cup broth, juice from one lemon, 1t sugar, few drops yellow food color, 1t oil, and pepper to taste. Heat until slightly thickens, stirring same. Put cutlets in baking dish. Pour over with sauce and add lemon slices over chicken? Bake 350 degree 20 minutes.
