Shrimp & Veggie Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar snap peas
  • 1 large red pepper, chopped
  • 1-2 cups mushrooms, chopped
  • 1-2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 1 lb shrimp, raw and peeled
  • 1/2 - 1 cup Soyaki sauce from Trader Joe's
  • white or brown rice

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer the veggies in the sauce for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, toss the shrimp in some more of the sauce and set aside. Then add shrimp until done. Serve with white or brown rice.
