Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar snap peas
- 1 large red pepper, chopped
- 1-2 cups mushrooms, chopped
- 1-2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 1 lb shrimp, raw and peeled
- 1/2 - 1 cup Soyaki sauce from Trader Joe's
- white or brown rice

Preparation
Step 1
Simmer the veggies in the sauce for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, toss the shrimp in some more of the sauce and set aside. Then add shrimp until done. Serve with white or brown rice.
