FUNERAL POTATOES

  • 1 PK Frozen hash browns
  • 1 sm Chopped onion
  • 1 stk Butter
  • 2 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cont Sour cream
  • 2 cp Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 box Corn flakes (smashed)

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in 1/2 stick of butter, add in soup and sour cream.Combine/melt cheese into soup mixture.

Spray 9 x 6 casserole dish with cooking spray, add potatoes, pour soup mixture over potatoes.

Melt other 1/2 stick of butter in frying pan and add corn flakes. Sprinkle on top of potatoes.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
