Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded, diced and drained
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 3 tblsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- Freshly ground white pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, stir to blend well, and chill until ready to use.
