Ingredients
- 1 package fresh cranberries, rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 each freshed orange, peeled & chopped - pith removed
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring cranberries and water to boil over medium heat in a large heavy pan. Simmer 5-8 minutes or until berries pop and are tender.
2. Stir in sugar, pineapple, raisins and oranges.
3. Simmer 20 minutes; stirring occasionally.
4. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
5. Store in refrigerator.
