Ingredients
- 1 pkg. fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup gr. onions
- 2 T jalapeno peppers
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 2 T fresh grated ginger
- 2 T lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Whizz cranberries, sugar and lemon juice quickly in food processor. Add finely chipped green onions, cilantro, ginger and jalapenos. Do not over process - it is best chunky.
