Scallops with Tangy Honey Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. scallops
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T butter
  • 2 T honey
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Sprinkle scallos with salt & pepper. Brush with olive oil. Thread onto 6 skewers.

Grill, covered with grill lid, on a lightly greased grill rack over medium heat 4-6 mins. on each side or until opaque in center.

Combine butter, honey, lemon juice, shallots, and garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat 5-10 mins. Serve with scallops.
