Ingredients

  • St. Louis style ribs or pork butt.
  • Grill Mates "Sweet & Smokey Rub"

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse and dry ribs. Place in baking dish (cut in half to fit) and rub with Grill Mates, both sides.

Bake ribs at 225°F for 4 hours (pork butt 3 to 4 hours) covered with aluminum foil. Can do early in the day. Place on grille to reheat and char. Use Mandy's rib sauce recipe.
