Ingredients
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 3 Italian sausage
- 1 med. onion- chopped
- 2 - romana tomatoes
- Italian dressing- to taste
- Pesto - to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cook pasta. Drain, set aside. SKin sausage. Break apart and brown in large skillet. Add onion and sauté until soft. Pour in some dressing and add pesto to skillet. Taste, continuing adding dressing and pesto until you reach desired flavor. Toss in strained pasta and mix thoroughly. If necessary add more dressing etc.
