Lemon-Blueberry Squares

A quick, easy, tasty desert.

Ingredients

  • 32 Nilla Wafers
  • 4 oz. philly cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkg jello lemon flavor istant pudding
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tub cool whip whipped topping, thawed, divided
  • 1 cup blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

1. Line bottom of sides of 8 inc. square dish with wafers, set aside.

2. Beat cream cheese in lg. bowl with mixer until creamy. Greadually beat in milk. Add dry pudding mixes and lemon juice, mix well.
Whisk in 2 cups cool whip and berries. Spoon into prepared dish.

3. Refrigerate 3 hrs or until set. Serve topped with remaining cool whip.
