Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Steam green beans until crisp tender, about 3 minutes. Transfer the beans to a medium bowl. Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in balsamic vinegar. Add butter mixture to green beans along with lemon zest, salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
