Asian Chicken/Beef/Pork Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp. grated ginger root
  • or
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients. Marinade chicken/beef/pork in refridgerator for at least 2 hours. Cook on grille.
