Ingredients
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 small shallot finely chopped
- 1 small pear, peeled, cored and pureed
- Pear juice
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk together dijon mustard and vinegar. Whisk in the vegetable oil and add the shallot. Whisk in the pureed pear. If the dressing is too thick add a little pear juice. Season with salt and pepper. Goes well with sturdy falls or winter greens and a sprinkling of toasted nuts
