Grilled Garlic Lime Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 4 large cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons fresh limejuice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 pork tenderloin steaks

Preparation

Step 1

• Blend ingredients (except pork) in a food processor adding salt and pepper to taste
• In a large Ziploc bag combine pork and marinade being sure to press all the air out as the bag is zipped
• Place in a shallow dish and put in refrigerator for at least 1 day but no more than 2 days
• Prepare grill, remove pork from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for about 30 min before grilling
• Remove pork from marinade letting excess marinade drip off
• Grill 15-20 min on a well oiled rack set on medium high heat
• Turn every 5 min until internal temp reaches 160 degrees
