Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp olive oi12 oz skinless boneless chicken cut in 1" strips
  • 6 oz uncooked linguine
  • 8 oz asparagus, trimmes
  • 4 C vegetables, chopped (carrots, celery, beets, peppers)
  • 1/4 C white wine
  • 1/4 C teriyaki
  • 2 Tbsp black sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Bring water to boil in large pot. Add Linguine & cook accordunbg to pkg directions. Begin steaming asparagus within the same pot using a steamer. While lin guine & asparagus are cooking, heat olive oil in large skillet at medium heat. Add chicken & saute until the outside of the chicken is browned and crunchy, but the inside is still soft. Add veg to the chicken and stir-fryt for a few min. allowing veg to caramelize a bit. Once the veg soften add white wine and teriyaki to the skillet. Continue cooking on high until liquid is reduced to a syrupy consistency. Remove linguine from pot whebn it is very slightly chewy ut not mushy. The asparagus is finished when it is bright green on the outside but tender and white on the inside. Stir drained linguine into the stir-fry & remove from heat. sprinkle black seasame seeds over the stir-fry & serve immediately.
