Hot Salmon

Ingredients

  • HOT SALMON
  • 1-2 tbls. Grapeseed Oil
  • Salmon filet(s)
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced or Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Vidalia or regular Onion
  • A few Jalapenos (optional)
  • Lime or Lemon juice
  • Heat 1-2 tbls. Grapeseed Oil in pan and when heated place salmon filet(s) side down with medium fire. Slice onions thin and place around salmon in pan along with minced garlic (or sprinkle garlic powd
  • Cook salmon a couple minutes on one side and then flip and cook a couple minutes more. Optionally, sprinkle a few Jalapenos on top to heat. Remove salmon to plate and cook onions/garlic a couple more
  • Upon serving, squeeze lime or lemon juice on salmon.
