Cook salmon a couple minutes on one side and then flip and cook a couple minutes more. Optionally, sprinkle a few Jalapenos on top to heat. Remove salmon to plate and cook onions/garlic a couple more
Upon serving, squeeze lime or lemon juice on salmon.
