Ingredients
- 1/2 c crushed potato chips
- 1/2 c finely ground pecans
- 1-1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c butter at room temp
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 t vanilla
- powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine chips, pecans and flour. In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter until fluffy, then beat in egg yolk and vanilla. Beat in dry ingredients until well blended. With damp hands, form dough into 1" balls and place 1-1/2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake until cookies just start to color, 15-18 mins. Cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar.
