Ingredients
- 4 large Onions – sliced thin
- 2 Tbs. Butter or Margarine
- 4 Cups Brown Stock or Beef Broth
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Cook Onion in Butter until lightly browned. Add Stock and Worcestershire Sauce, cook 30 minutes and season with Salt & Pepper.
