Zucchini Muffins

Ingredients

  • Optional:
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. cloves
  • 3 tsps. Cinnamon
  • 2 tsps. Soda
  • 2 tsps. Allspice
  • 2 cups puréed squash
  • 1 cup nuts or raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and sugar. Stir in eggs. Mix in squash. Add all other ingredients, mixing well. Bake 350. Batter will keep refrigerated up to 2 weeks.
