Step 1
In a Dutch oven add two tbsp butter and melt over low heat, then add 1 1/4 lbs fingerling potatoes along wiht 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper and cover tightly and cook 20-30 minutes. Off the heat and let steam another 5 minutes. When done mix in 1 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh dill. WE TRIED THIS ON 3/22/10 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD. JACKIE COMMENTED SHE LIKED IT ALOT. NEED TO HEAT A LITTLE HIGHER THAN LOW AND TOOK ABOUT 45 MINUTES. REMEMBER TO SHAKE POT DURING COOKING.
