Ingredients
- 1 package frozen unsweetened strawberries - (12 oz)
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup or more to taste
- 1/4 cup white rum - (to 1/3)
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ripe honeydew melon seeded, and flesh cut into 1/2" cubes
- Mint leaves for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Puree frozen berries, corn syrup, rum, to taste, and lime juice in a blender until slushy, adding more water or rum to achieve the desired consistency. Spoon into 6 (8-ounce) wineglasses or other stemmed shallow glasses and top with melon.
This recipe yields 6 servings.
