Ingredients
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sriracha
- large bag of spinach
- 2 red peppers cut into strips
- shiitake mushrooms stems removed
- 2 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 1/2 lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 450. Line pan with non stick foil. In bowl combine hoisin, doy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and sriracha. Place spinach and mushrooms on prepared sheet pan. Combine 3 tbsp. of the hoisin mixture with canola oil. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Toss shrimp with remaining hoisin mixture. Place shrimp over vegetables. Roast 450 for 20 minutes. Garnish with sesame seeds.
