Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Grated Orange Peel
- 1/3 Cup Orange Juice
- 1 Tbs. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbs. Honey
- 2 tsp. Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 4 Salmon Fillets (5 oz. each)
- 2 Tbs. Pecans, finely chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, whisk the first 7 ingredients until blended. Place salmon in a greased 11" x 7" baking dish. Pour sauce over salmon; sprinkle with pecans. Bake salmon, uncovered, 15-18 minutes or until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork.
