ROMAINE SALAD W/ NECTARINES

Ingredients

  • VINAIGRETTE:
  • 3 TBS EVOO
  • 2 TBS white wine vinegar
  • 2 TBS lemon juice
  • 2 tap honey
  • 1 tap Dijon Mustard
  • 1/8 tap each kosher salt and black pepper
  • SALAD:
  • 8 cups chopped romaine
  • 2 fresh nectarines or peaches, thinly sliced, 2 cups

Preparation

Step 1

1. Whisk together vinaigrette ingredients
2. Toss romaine and nectarines with vinaigrette in a bowl to coat.
