Ingredients
- VINAIGRETTE:
- 3 TBS EVOO
- 2 TBS white wine vinegar
- 2 TBS lemon juice
- 2 tap honey
- 1 tap Dijon Mustard
- 1/8 tap each kosher salt and black pepper
- SALAD:
- 8 cups chopped romaine
- 2 fresh nectarines or peaches, thinly sliced, 2 cups
Preparation
Step 1
1. Whisk together vinaigrette ingredients
2. Toss romaine and nectarines with vinaigrette in a bowl to coat.
