Ingredients
- 6 Slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Clove Garlic, minced
- 4 Zucchinis, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and set aside. Add garlic to skillet and saute 1 minute. Add onions until they soften. Add the zucchini and cook covered until the zucchini is crisp tender. Season with salt and pepper. Toss with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with bacon.
