Ingredients
- 4 OZ goat cheese, softened
- 4 OZ cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sliced pimento-stuffed green olives (4 OZ)
- 1 1/2 tap chopped orange zest
- 1 1/2 tap orange juice
- 16 Belgian Endive leaves (2-3 heads)
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine goat cheese and cream cheese in a bowl; fold in olives, zest and orange juice
2. Spoon 1 TBS spread onto the white end of each endive leaf.
