OLIVE AND GOAT CHEESE SPREAD

Ingredients

  • 4 OZ goat cheese, softened
  • 4 OZ cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sliced pimento-stuffed green olives (4 OZ)
  • 1 1/2 tap chopped orange zest
  • 1 1/2 tap orange juice
  • 16 Belgian Endive leaves (2-3 heads)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine goat cheese and cream cheese in a bowl; fold in olives, zest and orange juice
2. Spoon 1 TBS spread onto the white end of each endive leaf.
