Ingredients
- 2 avocadoes
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 cucumber
- 1 medium lemon
- 1/2 of a red onion
- 1 lb. Roma tomatoes
- 1 zucchini
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Cut up vegetables and herbs. Add oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
