Ingredients
- 1 large pineapple peeled and cored
- 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425º.
Cut pineapple into 10 wedges; place wedges on a jelly-roll pan. Combine juice and remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir with a whisk. Drizzle juice mixture over pineapple. Bake at 425º for 20 minutes; broil for 2 minutes or until pineapple is browned.
Serving Size: 2 pineapple wedges
