Bacon Crackers

Preheat oven to 350

Ingredients

• Townhouse butter Crackers
• 1 package bacon
• Brown sugar
• Cayenne pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place the crackers end to end on wire rack, set on rimmed cookie sheet. Slice bacon in thirds. Place a piece on bacon on each cracker. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar. The lightly sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake until sugar melts and bacon becomes crisp. Allow to cool.
