Turkey Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread without crust and stale
  • 1/2 carrot-chopped
  • 1/2 onion-chopped
  • 2 TBLSP parsley
  • 1 TBLSP poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 pkg. mild sausage
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • chicken broth
  • 1 stick melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Soak bread in chicken broth and squeeze. Mix eggs and sausage in food processor until smooth. Add all other ingredients together. Stuff in turkey or put in a buttered casserole. Bake on 350 degrees.
