Ingredients
- 2 onions chopped
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 12 cups milk
- 7 cups chicken broth
- large bag frozen broccoli (family size)
- 1 full block velveeta
Preparation
Step 1
In very large pot, saute onions in butter until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Cook for about 3-5 minutes. Add milk and broth, bring to a boil, this will take forever, stir continuously until thick. Add broccoli. Cook and stir until heated through. Remove from heat and add cheese, stir until melted.
