Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (4 oz.) parmesan cheese
- 11 large jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet cook the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
In a small mixing bowl combine the cream cheese and parmesan cheese; fold into sausage. Spoon about 1 tbsp. full into each jalapeno half. Place in an ungreased 9" x 13" baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until filling is lightly browned and bubbly.
Serve with ranch dressing, if desired.
