Ingredients
- 2/3 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1 1/2 cups seedless green grapes halved
- 16 (1-ounce) slices white bread
Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in chicken and grape halves. Spread 1/2 cup chicken salad over 8 bread slices; top with remaining bread slices.
