Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grated white horseradish, drained
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt
  • fresh pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Preparation

In small bowl, combine the horseradish and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.

Using an electric mixer or wire whisk, whip the cream until it holds stiff peaks. Fold the horseradish mixture into the whipped cream. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours.
