Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 20 oz can (about 2 cups) crushed pineapple, in juice.
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- Icing: 8 oz. cream cheese, 4 T butter, 3 cups confectioners sugar, 1 tsp vanilla
- Beat cream cheese till creamy, add vanilla, slowly add sugar and blend after each additions. Ice cake while still warm.
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all together till smooth, pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake 350 25-30 mins. If using glass dish, bake 325 30-40 mins, watch it after 25 mins
