Ingredients
- 1 cup fat free milk
- 1 cup pineapple sherbet or coconut sherbert or sorbet
- 1/2 cup canned or fresh crushed pineapple
- 1/2 tsp coconut extract
- Fresh pineapple spears for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Place milk, sherbert, pineapple and coconut extract in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into frosted glasses; garnish with pineapple spears or add crushed ice, if desired.
