Strawberry-Banana Soy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, stemmed and halved (about 10 strawberries)
  • 1 1/2 cups low fat vanilla soy milk
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen fat free whipped topping, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth. Top each with 1/2 cup whipped topping. Serve immediately.
