Cranberry Arctic Frost Salad

Ingredients

• 1 c whipping cream
• 1 c chopped nuts
• 1 c drained, crushed pineapple
• 1 16 oz can whole cranberries or whole berry cranberry sauce, drained
• 2 T mayonnaise
• 2 T granulated sugar
• 1 8oz pkg cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Whip cream. Fold in nuts and pineapple. Liguify cranberries in blender and add mayo, sugar, and cream cheese and mix in the blender. Fold cranberry mixture into cream mixture and freeze in oblong pyrex dish. About 15 min before serving, take the salad out of the freezer. Slice and serve.
