Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers (about 3/4 lbs each), thinly sliced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix cucumbers and salt, let stand for about 30 minutes. Rinse well and drain,. Return cucumbers to bowl and stir in vinegar and sugar; cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until next day.
