Step 1
¼ lb mushrooms diced, 1 8oz pkg cream cheese, 1 tsp minced green onion, 1 tbsp mayo, salt/pepper to taste. Sautee mushrooms in approx. 1 tbsp butter. Then cream all ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until it bubbles. If doubling the ingredients, bake for 20 minutes.
