Step 1
in a sauce pan mix 2 oz cream cheese with 2 tbsp milk and slowly heat and mix often to melt. Then add to that 1 can (14.75 oz) cream style corn and 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen corn that has been thawed. Mix well until heated throughout. Then put in a bowl and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and green onions. We tried this on 1/18/09 and Jackie said she “loves creamed corn.” We both liked it. Both boys hated it.
