Step 1
prepare a marinade of the zest and juice of 4 large lemons, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp mild Spanish paprika, 1 tbsp smoked mild Spanish paprika, 2 large minced garlic cloves, 1 ½ tsp salt and 2 generous pinches saffron threads then add 8 chicken breast to zip lock bag with marinade and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Leave chicken at room temperature for 20 minutes before grilling. Tried on 07/28/08 and Jackie and I liked it. The boys did not. The saffron was a very unique flavor, the marinade was good but maybe a little too much saffron, in future use a little less.
